We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Returns Process

1. Contact our customer service team at info@scribehouse.ug to initiate the return process.
2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.
3. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days.

Conditions for Return

Please note that the following conditions must be met for us to accept a return:

• The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
• The item must be unused and unworn.
• The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
